Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP license (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Pediatric experience across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
  • Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative approach to working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in grades K-12
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs and academic goals
  • Provide direct and consultative services, both individual and group, as outlined in IEPs
  • Maintain thorough records of caseload management, progress tracking, and required documentation
  • Consult regularly with educators and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on educational initiatives
