Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Caseload: PreK–1st Grade
Caseload Size: Starting at 35 Students (May Increase Up to 55)
Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the School District. This full-time onsite position will serve a PreK–1st grade caseload, providing speech and language services to young learners during critical stages of communication and language development.
This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with early childhood and primary-aged students while collaborating with educators and families to support communication growth and academic success.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Support PreK–1st grade students with a variety of communication needs
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification (required)
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Experience working with early childhood populations is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Passion for supporting young students' communication development
