Responsibilities include:
- Providing speech and language therapy to approximately 6 middle school students
- Serving around 54 elementary students, focusing on life skills and autistic support programs
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining detailed documentation
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the school’s multidisciplinary approach to student support
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with school-aged children, including those with autism and life skills needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within an educational setting
- Ability to deliver tailored therapy plans for diverse student needs
