Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Credentials in SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or equivalent school-based SLP experience
- Background in teletherapy and in-person service delivery is a plus
- Previous K–12 caseload experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and hearing screenings for students throughout K–12 grades
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with student IEPs
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with families, educational staff, and IEP teams
- Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate remote or onsite learning environments as needed
