Qualifications and Experience:
- Active North Carolina SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ECATS (Exceptional Children Accountability Tracking System)
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation
- Effective communicator able to work with a multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable with Zoom interviews and digital documentation
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessments and individualized therapy for students
- Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating closely with educators and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and report progress per state and district guidelines
- Engage in staff meetings, consultations, and professional development as assigned
- Utilize ECATS for case management and compliance
