Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services individually or in group settings in accordance with student IEPs
- Evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders using standardized and non-standardized assessments
- Develop and update treatment plans; maintain all required documentation
- Collaborate with staff to support students’ communication goals within the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and recommendations
- Provide consultation and resources to teachers and caregivers
- Adjust interventions to align with each student’s unique needs and progress
