Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for a high school setting in Casa Grande, AZ, to provide comprehensive speech and language services throughout the contract school year (CSY). This position involves working closely with students to assess, plan, and deliver effective therapy aimed at improving communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed evaluations of students presenting speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy sessions focused on achieving specific speech and language goals
- Document student progress accurately and maintain thorough records
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and related service providers
- Involve and educate families to support therapy and foster student success
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice speech-language pathology in Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desired
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Additional Requirements:
- Must hold an active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in Arizona
- Must have completed or be eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if applicable
