School Speech Pathology | Manchester, New Hampshire
Step into an impactful and rewarding contract opportunity supporting high school students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist! This position offers the chance to collaborate with a dedicated faculty while making a real difference in students’ educational journeys.
Work onsite in an engaging and supportive environment with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, Monday through Friday. The assignment runs from August 17, 2026, to June 17, 2027, aligning with the traditional school year. Participate in faculty and department meetings scheduled twice a month on Wednesdays, designed to foster collaboration and professional growth.
Primary responsibilities include providing direct speech and language services to a primarily high school caseload, while remaining flexible to assist with other student age groups as needed. You'll also conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with teachers and staff, and maintain thorough documentation—all while ensuring interventions are individualized for each student’s success.
Qualifications and experience sought:
- Hold SLP-CCC or be a Clinical Fellow (CF) ready to pursue your Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Possess an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of New Hampshire (must be presented upfront for consideration)
- Experience working in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to participate in ongoing professional development and school-based meetings
- Comfort working primarily with high school students, with flexibility to support other groups as needed
- Ability to work onsite each day throughout the contract period
