Key Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• North Carolina state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Comfort working with diverse student populations and varying caseloads
• Passion for developing individualized treatment and intervention plans
Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in partnership with school staff and families
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, tailored to students’ unique goals
• Support classroom educators with strategies and resources that foster effective communication
• Maintain organized and timely documentation in compliance with district and legal standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development opportunities
