Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy to 4 or more students on a weekly or bi-weekly basis during the school day
- Assist with intake comprehensive evaluations and develop corresponding reports
- Participate in parent meetings to discuss student progress and therapy plans
- Support end-of-year comprehensive evaluations and finalize reports
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with school staff and families
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience working in school-based settings providing speech therapy services
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, parents, and educators
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 2–3 days per week, with each day consisting of an 8-hour work schedule
