A K-12 educational setting is seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services for students from diverse backgrounds. This contract position will begin as soon as possible and continue through May 22, 2026, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student services
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Licensure or certification in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
  • Experience working with children in K-12 school settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to supporting the academic and social development of students

Location:

  • Athens, AL, with service needs extending in the Huntsville area

Duration:

  • Contract role from ASAP until May 22, 2026 (Next School Year)
