Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Cambridge, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Valid MA SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Background in pediatric speech therapy and previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students on an assigned caseload (age group and caseload size to be determined)
- Participate in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring, documenting student performance and maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Work with teachers and support staff to provide strategies and interventions in the classroom
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student progress and recommendations
