School Speech Language Pathologist - Lusby, MD

This full-time role runs from August 10, 2026, through June 17, 2027, ensuring continuity for your caseload and the chance to watch students achieve important milestones under your guidance.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Maryland SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- School-based SLP experience or background in early intervention preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to early intervention students, aligning with individualized education plans and developmental goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop tailored treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Consult and coordinate with educators, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment
