Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLP or an associate's/bachelor’s for SLPA
- Valid California licensure or eligibility for SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
- Previous experience in school-based environments highly preferred
- Comfort working with K-12 students across various speech/language needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with education staff, families, and related service providers
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and documentation skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, intervention, and therapeutic services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, resource professionals, and families to support academic and social development
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Support students in developing essential communication, language, and social skills
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
