Speech Language Pathologist in Long Beach, CA

Qualifications:
- California SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required
- Ability to work effectively with children and collaborate with educators and families
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services directly to students, in both individual and group formats
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored to each student's needs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state policies
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress and success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support IEP process as needed
