Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine the need for ongoing Auditory Verbal Therapy (AVT) services for students
- Deliver AVT services as indicated by assessment outcomes, maintaining a consistent monthly schedule
- Collaborate with school staff to support students’ auditory and spoken language development
Qualifications:
- Certified Listening and Spoken Language Specialist – Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist (LSLS Cert. AVT)
- Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, or Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH)
- Experience in school settings providing auditory-verbal therapy services
