Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of IEP processes and special education compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine eligibility and develop treatment goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
