School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Littleton, Colorado

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFYs are welcome to apply
- Previous experience working within a school or pediatric environment is a plus
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of communication disorders
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services within classroom and pull-out settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer advocacy, education, and resources to school staff and families
