A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year in the Denver area, specifically based in Arvada, CO. This onsite contract position serves multiple schools within the district, offering a dynamic caseload primarily spanning school-age students. This role is integral in providing direct speech and language therapy services to support students’ communication skills and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students aged primarily within the K-12 range.
  • Manage a caseload typically ranging from 25 to 45 students.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to tailor interventions and monitor student progress.
  • Participate in and bill for professional development days in accordance with district allowance.
  • Comply with district requirements for background checks and fingerprinting.

Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification.
  • Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • Experience working as a School SLP, with preference given to candidates with 0-10+ years of school-based experience.
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Certification of supervision availability for Clinical Fellows (CF) welcomed.
  • Successful completion of district credentialing processes.
