Qualifications and Experience:
- California Speech Language Pathologist License or CA CTC required
- Strong background in pediatric speech therapy, educational or healthcare environments
- Comfortable with direct and indirect therapy services, evaluations, and IEP processes
- Experience in teletherapy or willingness to incorporate technology a plus
- Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to a school-based population
- Conduct and interpret evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support each student’s communication goals
- Complete all necessary documentation and reporting in a timely manner
