Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Littlerock, California

Those with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), experience in pediatrics, teletherapy, and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply. Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible for CFY supervision
- Previous experience in school-based settings or pediatric care preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in school settings and/or via teletherapy
- Monitor and document progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and other school staff regarding student progress and needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
