Travel School Speech Therapist - Little Rock, Arkansas

A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a travel assignment in Little Rock, AR, supporting early childhood students across multiple school campuses. This onsite role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing specialized speech therapy to young learners within a school setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy services to early childhood students.
- Managing caseloads of approximately 36 to 40 students spread across 3 to 4 campuses.
- Collaborating with school staff and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitoring and documenting student progress regularly.
- Adhering to state and federal regulations related to special education and speech therapy.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Speech-Language Pathology license; Candidates in Certificate of Clinical Competence Year (CFY) will be considered.
- Experience working with early childhood populations preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple caseloads across campuses.
- Ability to work onsite full-time (35 hours per week).
- Familiarity with school-based speech therapy protocols is highly desirable.
