Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP, CFY-SLP, or SLPA) Opportunity – Little Rock Area, AR
Are you looking for a rewarding school-based opportunity for the upcoming school year? ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive school district in the Little Rock area and is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join their team for the full 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details
- Full-time position
- 2026-2027 school year
- Start date: August 2026
- Onsite school-based setting
- Caseload spans all grade levels (K-12)
- Multiple opportunities available throughout the Little Rock, North Little Rock, and Conway areas
- Typical workday begins between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM
- Typical workday ends between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM
Qualifications
- Active Arkansas SLP or SLPA license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (CFY-SLP) encouraged to apply
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with special education requirements
- Support students across a variety of age groups and communication needs
