Responsibilities include:
- Providing speech-language therapy to caseloads of 36-40 students across 3-4 campuses, focusing on early childhood development.
- Managing individualized treatment plans and progress monitoring.
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student communication goals.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with school policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Experience working with early childhood populations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Ability to work onsite full-time, supporting a caseload of 35 hours per week.
Location:
- Little Rock, Arkansas, onsite at an elementary school environment.
