Travel Speech and Language Pathologist - Little Falls, MN
An opening speech-language pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026/2027 school year, located in Little Falls, MN. This full-time position involves working within a school setting, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade on a travel assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapeutic interventions tailored to K-12 students.
- Manage a caseload of 60-70 students, with direct case management responsibility for approximately 30 students.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with school and state regulations regarding speech therapy services.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records consistent with school policies.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license, ideally with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credentials.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
- Experience working as a school-based SLP with students K-12.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders common in school-aged children.
- Ability to adapt therapy to meet diverse student needs and collaborate with educational teams.
