Job Opportunity: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinical team for the upcoming school year. If you are passionate about helping students find their voice and succeed academically, we want to hear from you!

The Role at a Glance

  • Status: Full-Time

  • Setting: K-12 School Environment

  • Location: Limon, CO

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication disorders.

  • Develop and implement individualized IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals.

  • Provide high-quality direct therapy to students (individual and small groups).

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance with state/federal regulations.

Qualifications 

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Valid State License and Department of Education Certification (or eligibility to obtain).

  • ASHA CCCs preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!).

  • A collaborative spirit and a "student-first" mindset.
