Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students according to IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
- Develop appropriate intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support staff
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Attend meetings for IEP development and student progress review
- Provide guidance and resources to teachers and parents to reinforce strategies
