We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district team in Lexington for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students strengthen communication skills and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.
Position Details
- Full-time, school-based position
- 2026–2027 academic year
- Caseloads based on experience and district needs
- Opportunities available across elementary, middle, and high school settings
- CFs encouraged to apply depending on district placement
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reporting
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active South Carolina SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
