A K-12 school in Lewes, DE is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an Extended School Year (ESY) contract. This position provides an opportunity to support students through targeted speech and language interventions during the summer months.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Participate in staff set-up day on June 29th to prepare for the summer session
Qualifications:
- Valid CCC certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with school-age children in educational settings
- Familiarity with ESY services and related procedures preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Location: Lewes, Delaware
Schedule: June 29th to July 23rd
Hours: 30 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
