This full-time, on-site opportunity (37.5 hours per week) runs from August 3, 2026, through May 21, 2027. Multiple openings are available, covering K-12 students across 1-3 campuses—detailed caseloads will be discussed during interviews as assignments are being finalized for the upcoming school year.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Relevant licensure to practice as an SLP in Kansas
- Experience in a school-based setting supporting children from Kindergarten through twelfth grade is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse ages and developmental levels
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with school teams and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Work across multiple school campuses, ranging from elementary to high school, as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
