School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Leesburg, Florida

Requirements for this position include:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA CCCs or eligibility as a CFY
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Commitment to serving a full school-year term in a full-time role
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for a caseload of approximately 40 elementary-aged students
- Deliver direct therapy services, individually or in small groups, in an onsite setting
- Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and IEP data
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff as part of a multidisciplinary support team
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to student needs
- Utilize a dedicated therapy space for all sessions to create a focused and welcoming environment
