Speech Therapist in Lebanon, OR

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible state licensure in Oregon
- ASHA certification preferred (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- School setting and/or early intervention experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting children’s speech, language, and social-emotional growth
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain compliant documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and school initiatives
- Adapt therapy techniques for diverse populations across developmental ranges
