A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Albany, OR, serving K-12 students across 2-3 schools. This full-time contract role offers a caseload tailored to your age group preference and experience, with flexibility for part-time arrangements available. The position runs through June 12, 2026, with options to renew for summer and the following school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12.
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to support individual student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Active Oregon state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA certification preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) new graduates will be considered.
  • Experience working with school-age children is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Additional Details:

  • Full-time at 37.5 hours per week, typically 7.5-hour days with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
  • Flexible scheduling aligned with school hours.
  • Caseload approximately 55 students; part-time options (2.5-3 days/week) available for a reduced caseload of 25-28 students.
  • Onsite position with caseload assignment based on interview discussions.
