Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Accepting applicants with CCC or completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred, but open to strong new graduates
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Manage a diverse K-12th grade caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Document and report on student assessments, progress, and outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
