Speech Language Pathologist in Russiaville, IN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to a variety of student needs within K-12 settings
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students K-12
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Collaborate daily with other district SLPs for guidance and teamwork
This contract opportunity offers starting pay at $43 per hour, with rates adjusted based on experience and credentials.
