Your strong foundation in speech-language pathology, whether as an SLP-CCC, SLP teletherapist, SLP-CFY, school-based SLP, or a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) experienced in educational or healthcare settings, will be highly valued. Professionals able to thrive onsite with a full-time schedule and openness to possible teletherapy in the future are encouraged to apply.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed (or eligible) SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Experience or strong interest in K-12 student services
- Familiarity with IEPs, therapy documentation, and collaborative goal setting within multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable adapting therapy approaches for both onsite and potential virtual formats
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students across K-12
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress
- Engage with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student development and participation
- Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to IEP meetings as required
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered therapy environment
