A talented Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLPA) is needed to provide quality services for the current school year in a full-time, contract opportunity focused on Early Intervention. Work with a multidisciplinary team committed to helping every child reach their potential.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold current credentials as an SLP (ASHA CCC preferred) or SLP Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric settings, particularly Early Intervention
- Familiarity with IEP process and documentation
- Active state licensure or eligibility as required
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small-group speech-language therapy for students aged birth to 5 years old
- Conduct assessments and evaluate speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and track progress on IEP or developmental goals
- Support families and staff with resources and strategies that encourage speech-language growth
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as appropriate
