Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- Active AL SLP license & Teaching Certification for SLPs, or willingness to obtain
- School-based experience preferred (not required)
- CCCs preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Experience with pediatric and school populations a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide SLP services to PK-12 students with diverse therapy needs
- Manage a caseload of 60 students across three sites, all within short distance
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, deliver therapy, and participate in case management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
