Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lancaster, VA

Qualifications:
- Current Speech Language Pathologist licensure valid in the state of Virginia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience delivering speech-language services in a school setting (elementary through high school preferred)
- Comfort with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery models
- Excellent communication skills, organization, and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students (caseload of approximately 35–40)
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress-monitor goals in alignment with school and state requirements
- Utilize teletherapy platforms and/or in-person sessions to ensure consistent student engagement
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and manage caseload efficiently
- Support the social and academic growth of students from elementary through high school
In this contract position, you will work 37.5 hours per week, supporting a diverse range of students from now through May 18, 2027.
