Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lancaster, SC

You’ll deliver quality speech-language therapy with a manageable caseload, fostering positive communication skills and growth in young learners.
Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid and current ASHA certification (CCC or CF considered)
- Active South Carolina LLR license required
- South Carolina Educator Certificate (must be current)
- Experience working with elementary school students preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to approximately 30-35 elementary students (K-5)
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and track student progress
- Support IEP development and attend meetings as required
- Maintain detailed, timely documentation to meet compliance standards
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Commit to onsite service in a vibrant, supportive school environment
