What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFs encouraged—supervision available)
- State licensure (or eligibility) for speech therapy practice
- Experience supporting children in grades K-8, with openness to working with diverse learners
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering students’ growth and confidence in language and communication
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide assessment and therapy services to students in grades K through 8
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district requirements
- Consult and partner with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Contribute as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and support for student success
