Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to those completing CFY requirements
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to create engaging therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in both group and individual settings
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with a variety of communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate students’ IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation of services and progress reports according to district and compliance standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing recommendations and progress updates
- Support overall student success by contributing to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
