School Speech Language Pathologist - Lancaster, CA

With a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, you'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of approximately 55 students, engaging with pupils at various developmental stages throughout the academic year. You will conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver both direct and indirect therapy services. What we’re looking for:
- Valid California SLP License or California CTC
- Experience in school settings preferred (Pre-K through middle school)
- Comfort and skill with typical SLP responsibilities, including preparing IEPs, conducting evaluations, and providing therapeutic interventions
- Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric populations
- Open to SLPs with CCC or CFY
- Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus, though this role is primarily onsite
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
