This contract speech-language pathology opportunity offers the chance to work onsite, providing essential services across multiple schools as an itinerant SLP. Covering several leaves throughout the school year, you’ll collaborate with educators and families, helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through June 11, 2026, for 37.5 hours per week.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Minnesota SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
- Strong understanding of IEPs, educational best practices, and collaborative processes
- Clear communication, organization, and adaptability
- Dedicated to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services onsite for students with a range of needs
- Assess, evaluate, and document students’ progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for comprehensive care
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
- Provide coverage for multiple staff leaves throughout the academic year
