Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in Illinois or eligibility to obtain
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but new graduates will be considered

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide a full spectrum of direct and indirect speech and language services to a K-12 caseload
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments in both Spanish and English
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Engage in regular communication with parents and staff, supporting students’ progress and ensuring best practices
