Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist in Lake Villa, IL
A full-time bilingual Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Lake Villa, IL, serving K-12 students district-wide. This contract position starts immediately and runs through June 2, 2026. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required to effectively support students needing speech and language services in both languages.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Deliver therapy in both Spanish and English as appropriate
- Collaborate with educational staff to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) credential, including CFY and CCC credentials
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential
- Ability to provide services in accordance with district guidelines
Location: Lake Villa, Illinois
Contract length: Immediate start through June 2, 2026
Schedule: Full-time (guaranteed hours) with no additional duties outside of contracted hours (such as bus duty or parent pickup)
Travel therapists are eligible for stipends
