Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold (or eligibility for) Illinois state licensure/certification as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience with school-based caseloads, pediatric therapy, and IEP development
- Background in teletherapy services a plus
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with IEP digital systems; training provided if needed
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services for a diverse student caseload
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to the development and monitoring of student progress toward goals
- Provide both direct and indirect services, including administrative duties and paid team meetings
- Adapt service delivery as needed (in-person/teletherapy options)
- Supervise or mentor support staff if required
- Engage in professional development and program-specific training
