Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lake Hughes, CA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address identified needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective strategies that support student progress
- Document and report student progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide resources and training to educators regarding speech and language supports
