A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in school settings is needed to provide specialized services across several daycare locations within a supportive school district in Dalton, GA. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver itinerant speech-language therapy services onsite to PreK students across multiple daycare facilities.
- Manage a primary caseload of around 13 students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), while supporting approximately 39 students total.
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s communication needs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school district and state education guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) SLP Educator Certificate required.
- Prior experience in school-based settings or with PreK populations strongly preferred.
