School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Winona, Minnesota

There’s also the potential to continue working several weeks during the summer session, assisting with Extended School Year (ESY) programming if you’re interested.
Your expertise as an SLP is valued—whether you bring your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials accepted
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working with 5th–12th graders; adaptability for occasional elementary caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress and support student goals
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
