School Speech Language Pathologist - Kingston, GA

Qualifications:
- Current Georgia Speech and Language certification required
- Experience working with children in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Effective communication with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage a caseload of elementary and middle school students
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to support student goals
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide resources and guidance to educators and support staff
