Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field for SLP, or relevant associate’s/bachelor’s for SLPA
- Active Texas licensure as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Previous experience working in school settings is preferred
- Ability to effectively support students in K-12th grades
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Comfortable managing a traditional (not virtual/VOCO) caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across a range of needs and grade levels
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student success
- Maintain thorough records and compliance with school and state regulations
- Contribute to a positive and supportive learning atmosphere across sites
